Philanthropic Foundation
“PEL” is a philanthropic foundation that provides financial, social, and cultural support to children in the city and province of Larnaca.
Recent activities and events (in addition to providing meals to over 100 children on a monthly basis) include the philanthropic concert by Alkistis Protopsalti, the organization of the 1st “PEL” Painting Competition in the primary schools of Larnaca, the construction of the Children’s Activities Hall in the Larnaca Municipal Garden area – hosting activities promoting literacy cultivation -, the publication of a recipe calendar, the celebration of the 90-year-olds in collaboration with the Phoebus Stavrides Foundation, among others, while the upcoming Christmas Concert by “PEL” with the participation of musical ensembles of the Municipality of Larnaca is also scheduled.
